Ultrasonic corrosion detection sensor system for pipeline

Multi-channel ultrasonic oil pipeline corrosion detection technology is based on ultrasonic pulse reflection thickness measurement technology, using non-contact detection technology to eliminate echo – back pipeline internal corrosion surface and attachments, 16 channel ultrasonic transmitting and receiving, temperature sensors, three-axis accelerometer sensor and other functions in one, for use in the pipeline internal detection of corrosion status of wall thickness and high precision.

Device functionality

The equipment is used to detect corrosion of pipeline by measuring the thickness of pipeline wall.The whole equipment has simple structure and convenient debugging. During testing, the device is driven by the crude oil pressure in the pipeline and keeps the axial parallel and stable. It works independently through its own battery components to automatically detect and store data.
